Another Successful Famly Session!
10th July 2019
At the Childcare Expo in Manchester Famly hosted their second Famly Sessions event, a series providing early years staff with access to high-quality, free CPD and collaborative knowledge sharing.
This time around, esteemed early years expert Dr. Sue Allingham and Richard Knight from the Early Years Alliance discussed the importance of child-led play and delved into the ways in which this links to development and next steps in the EYFS. The event was a great success, and the audience came away with a range of tips and ideas around how to keep the children’s best interests at heart in the variety of settings they attend.
You can see a brief summary below, or watch Richard and Sue’s full presentations, as well as a breakdown of some of the main points here: https://bit.ly/2KKiGDY
Who are Famly?
“Here at Famly we make better nursery management software. Working in close partnership with almost 1,500 childcare providers worldwide, we help streamline the tedious admin and paperwork that comes with running a busy childcare setting.
The last thing managers and staff need is software that is old-fashioned, difficult to understand, and slow. That’s why we continually focus on building a system that is fast and easy-to-use, but still packed with all the features you need to save you time – and get back to what’s most important – the children.”
